DAY SEVEN--I'm behind on posting and Chelsea has been nagging me about this, but oh well. Today I was really in the mood for poptarts. Unfortunately we do not have any in our dorm room :( so I could not have them! I only had one class today, so that was definitely a bonus. It snowed back home, so Tyler is going to have a snow day on his birthday (I'm excited for him), although I'm sad that I'm not going to be home for Tyler's birthday for the first time. Tomorrow's going to be a crazy day since I have four classes and a lot of work due, but we're planning to see No Strings Attached in Anderson, so I'm looking forward to that. Important Things That Happened Today: I'm beginning to understand Accounting now, Alexis and I met this really cute boy at our APO meeting, and yes, Lexy is still sitting next to me playing her Pokemon game!!

Beautiful Day

DAY SIX--My wish from yesterday came true! Today was sunny and 60's degrees. It was nice to walk to classes in the beautiful weather...even though I only had two. Important Things That Happened Today: Lexy explained to us her life plan, I enjoyed reading my Delias magazine, I went to Todaro's and caught up with the swim team, and I got more packages of stuff from home that I couldn't fit in my suitcase!

Summer Days Are Far Away

DAY FIVE--Couple days late, but whatever. Right now I miss summer. It's been cold and rainy outside recently and I want the warmth back. I miss Hawaii and laying on the beach and having an excuse to read and tan all day. I'm in South Carolina and even though the weather is a couple degrees warmer, the weather isn't warming up fast enough. I'm beginning to get worried...my financial accounting teacher keeps canceling class and has yet to email us or post anything on Blackboard. Important Things That Happened Today: Lexy posted some really embarrassing stuff on facebook and fell completely off her chair, Ramen Noodles taste delicious (even though they are terribly unhealthy for you), Alexis posted a video with herself in a turban today, I'm tired of fire drills in the cold, and Lexy isn't getting her gameboy back anytime soon :)

Peter Pan Memories

DAY FOUR--This picture kind of makes me think of Peter Pan :) Last night was a LONG night, so that's why I picked the clock. Today has been pretty boring yet again so far. Nothing to report except for my newfound obsession with How I Met Your Mother. Important Things That Happened Today: we baked cookies, and apparently I'm really funny!!

Frozen in Time

DAY THREE--Tonight is the first Friday night back at school. Of course we are going out to celebrate. However I spent my day pretty poorly. I slept until twelve, worked out, and watched Rules of Engagement, How I Met Your Mother, and Grey's Anatomy. For dinner we went to Cookout (which was delicious). Today I took a picture of what is considered the creeper statue (or what we also call the "Hi, my name is AJ" statue) with the pretty bushes in the background. Important Things That Happened Today: I got to wear my cute new sweater dress from Banana Republic and my cute new boots, Lexy has decided she wants to become a pokemon master someday, and I have very little motivation on Fridays.

Cookies on a Stick

DAY TWO--Today is one of those days where I appreciate the little things in life...like Cookies on a Stick. Whoever came up with this was a genius (Yes, it makes eating cookies THAT much more enjoyable. This one specifically was delicious. Clemson should swap out the waffle bar for a cookie on a stick bar). On another note, astrology signs changed today. Mine stayed the same, but lots of people are making a big deal about it. Honestly it's a whole bunch of made up crap that people believe, but my roommate Lexy feels very strongly about not truly being a Scorpio, and "I will always believe myself as a centaur. I live by it!" so I'll let her stay her old sign. Important Things That Happened Today: I discovered I don't like the game 'Glee Karaoke' anymore, I'm tired of classes being canceled from the snow, I no longer enjoy the song 'Unwritten' by Natasha Bedingfield, and kids say the funniest things. :)

Laziness

DAY ONE--Well, I've been back at Clemson for almost 48 hours now. There's snow all over the ground in South Carolina (now it is mostly ice). And I've been pretty lazy seeing as I have no schoolwork to do and until today hardly anyone has been here. Classes were canceled today and tomorrow classes don't start until 11, so I only have Financial Accounting and World Literature. Important events that happened today: Lexy didn't speak for a whole half hour!!! Haha oh, and we finally have a DVD player that actually works (it only took us a semester, but we did it lol)!
